S-2000 Spherical Roller Bearings

Unit-housed double-row DODGE ® S-2000 spherical roller bearings have higher ratings and long L10 life. These bearings are in cast iron housings and available in pillow block, flange, and piloted flange versions. A variety of sealing options for easy application and protection make the DODGE S-2000 a high-capacity bearing with maximum life.

  • Double Row Spherical Rollers in Industry Standard Dimensioned Housings
    • S2000 offers proven double row spherical rolling elements in replacable, sealed inserts. Pillow blocks, flanges, & piloted flanges are available.
  • Misalignment Capability
    • S2000 spherical roller bearings provide up to 2° of misalignment.
  • Expansion Capability
    • S2000 provides expansion and non-espansion versions. They are easily converted in the field by changing position of the snap ring.
  • Superior Sealing
    • S2000 Features proven sealing systems, the Trident triple lip rubbing seal and non-contace Labyrinth seal. Both seals feature flingers. The Trident makes use of a tapered seal land which maintains lip contact during misalignment.
  • Move Up to DODGE® IMPERIAL
    • The Imperial offers our exclusive Imperial adapter mounting system. Benefits versus set screw products include 360 concentric shaft locking for less vibration at higher speeds, use of less expensive commercial shafting less shaft damage, and easy removal.
